Drunk Driver: CT Woman Swerving All Over Road On Flat Tires Nabbed, Police Say

A Connecticut woman who was allegedly driving all over the road on flat tires was nabbed for drunk driving.

The incident took place in New Haven County on Tuesday, April 11 along North Main St., in Naugatuck. 

According to Naugatuck Police, the department received a call from a motorist who said a car was driving all over the road, had struck a guard rail, and had flat tires.

Officers began checking the area and located the vehicle at the Citgo Gas Station. A stop was conducted on North Main Street. The was determined that the driver, identified as Kimberly Marie Anderson, age 38, of Cheshire, was intoxicated, police said.

Anderson was arrested and charged with failure to drive in the proper lane and DUI. 

She was released on a $1,000 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Thursday, April 27.
